How to make
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the minced meat well until it becomes crumbly.
Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Take out the finished minced meat and form small balls. Roll it in breadcrumbs and fry it on all sides until golden in a pan with heated oil.
Remove the meatballs and place them onto kitchen paper and serve them while they are warm.
