Ingredients

  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • pears - 3 pcs. medium - sized
  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • honey - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Wash the rice under running water until the water runs clear. Boil the rice until fully cooked.

Rinse with cold water, strain and refrigerate.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the butter and mix, until homogeneous. Add the chocolate mixture to the rice and mix until smooth.

Place plastic wrap in the oblong mold. Spread the chocolate rice and let it set.

Cut the peeled pears into slices. Heat the sugar and add the pears. Cook until caramelized. At the end, add the honey.

Take out the cooled rice and place it into a suitable plate. Garnish with the caramelized pears.

The chocolate rice with caramelized pears is a very nice dessert.
