How to make
Wash the wheat very well and soak it for about an hour in cold water.
Rinse it thoroughly and boil it in a suitable pot, by covering it with water and being careful not to boil it. The wheat is ready when the grains burst open.
Dissolve the starch in a little cold water. Put about 2 cups of water to boil. Add the sugar.
After the water boils, add the starch while stirring continuously, until the cream thickens. Add the boiled wheat to the cream and mix.
Peel and cut the pears into pieces. Put them in a suitable container and add the sugar. Heat them on the stove, until caramelized.
In suitable plates, form balls from the ashure /I achieved this easily by pouring it into disposable plastic cups/ and garnish with caramelized pears.
The аşure with caramelized pears is ready.
