How to make
Peel and grate the carrot.
In a wide pot, heat oil and fry the minced meat with the grated carrot. Add bulgur and pour the broth. Reduce the heat and boil, until the bulgur is fully cooked. Season the stuffing with salt, black pepper and savory herb.
Remove it from the heat and add the chopped spring onions, stir.
While the stuffing is cooling, prepare the peppers. Wash and carve them out. Stuff the peppers and place them in a baking tray.
Pour a little water and bake the stuffed peppers in a moderately heated oven, until done.
The stuffed peppers with bulgur and minced meat are very tasty.
