How to make
The minced meat is mixed with the chopped onion, the soaked and squeezed bread, the eggs, black pepper and salt. Form small meatballs and fry them in the heated oil.
Fry the flour in the butter, add the tomato puree diluted with a little water. The sauce is boiled over low heat. Hot peppers are added and the meatballs are poured into the sauce.
Once they have boiled for a while, they are taken out and placed on top of the prepared mashed potatoes. When serving, the sauce is served separately.
