How to make
The apricots are cut into halves. Prepare ovenproof bowls and grease them with butter.
Arrange three apricot halves in each.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add cream and vanilla to them and mix well.
Pour the mixture over the apricots. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes.
Leave the clafoutis to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
The flourless clafoutis with apricots is ready.
