How to make
The yolks are beaten with both types of sugar until a creamy mixture is obtained.
In another bowl, mix the flour, starch and 1/4 of the milk. Mix until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained.
Warm the rest of the milk on the stove and add it to the beaten yolks in a thin stream while constantly stirring.
Then the mixture of flour, starch and milk is added.
The vanilla cream is placed on the stove on low heat. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. When it thickens, pull it off the heat and let it cool.
The cream is whipped and added in several portions to the cooled vanilla pudding. It is mixed with light rotating movements using a spatula.
The finished Paradise Cream is poured into bowls, glasses or jars, garnished with cream and jam of choice and then it is ready to be served.
