Ingredients

  • white beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • spearmint
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • paprika
  • red peppers - 7 pcs. dried
  • salt
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make

Wash the beans. Put them in a suitable pot. Add the peeled and chopped carrot.

Cover the beans with cold water, cover with a lid and cook over low heat, until done. If the water evaporates and the beans are not ready, add more warm water. Season with salt.

Peel the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Chop them finely. Stew them in oil until soft.

Add the paprika and coriander, mix and pour the beans.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, by stirring constantly and remove from the heat.

Soak the dried peppers in warm water, until soft.

Stuff the peppers with the bean mixture. Put the rest of the beans in a suitable baking pan. Arrange the stuffed peppers.

Place the baking pan in a preheated oven and bake, until golden brown.

The dried peppers with beans and mushrooms are ready.
