How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes (larger than for moussaka).
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano and cumin in a bowl. Season with salt.
Finely chop the red pepper, chili and onion. Mix with the potatoes.
Pour them with the flavored olive oil and mix well again. Pour them into a baking pan and pour the water. Arrange the chorizo pieces.
Bake the potatoes for about 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) or until done.
The spicy potatoes and chorizo are very tasty.
