How to make
Put the washed and cleaned pork trotters and pig ears into the pot and add about two liters of water. Boil them, until they are fully cooked.
When they're fully cooked, debone the pork trotters and cut the ears into thin strips and place them into the broth.
Thicken the broth, by mixing the flour with water and adding it to the clay pot.
Heat the oil in a separate pot, add the paprika and fry lightly.
Pour it over the brawn and let it boil a little longer.
Serve it hot, garnished with black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper and chopped garlic.
The spicy pork brawn in a clay pot is ready.
