How to make

Beat the eggs with a wire whisk with the sugar for a while.

The chocolate glaze and butter are melted in a water bath and are added.

Add all of the other ingredients for the base and mix well.

Pour some of the mixture into a suitable baking pan (greased and sprinkled with a little flour on the bottom), sprinkle with some walnuts, then some mixture and walnuts. Finish off, by pouring some of the mixture on top, so that the walnuts cannot be seen.

Use a baking pan that will fit in the halogen oven. It is placed on the grill so that air can pass under the baking pan.

The brownie is baked at 360°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

The topping is made by melting the chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in a water bath.

The base is poured while it is warm and it is left to cool.

The brownie with walnuts in a halogen oven is ready.
