Super easy savory bites, that I prepared with a fork in literally 10 minutes.
Beat the egg whites with the salt.
Add the yogurt and olive oil and mix again.
Then add the rest of the ingredients in the order described above, by stirring after each ingredient added.
Finally, add the seeds and baking powder, mix and leave the mixture for 10 minutes, during which time preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) with a fan.
Cover a tray with baking paper and shape the savory bites using two spoons. You can also use an ice cream scoop.
Put the quick savory bites to bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, until golden brown.
From this amount, I made 10 delicious, filling and dietary savory bites that you can snack on at any time.
