How to make
Heat a pot on the stove and when it is hot enough, pour 1 tbsp. of amaranth in it.
Stir with a wooden spoon, until the amaranth cracks - this takes about 20 seconds.
Transfer them into a deep bowl and repeat with the remaining amaranth. Season with salt and serve.
