How to make
Boil the egg.
Mash the avocado with the finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
Toast the slices of bread and spread them with this mixture.
Arrange the sliced boiled egg and tomato on top.
Serve the delicious sandwiches with some basil, if desired.
