How to make
Leave the butter to soften and then mix it with the icing sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for a few hours.
Roll out the dough with a wooden rolling pin and cut cookies out of it.
Bake them for about 10 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
Let them cool and stick them together with jam.
Sprinkle the linzers with powdered sugar and serve them to your guests.
The Sweet Christmas Linzers are very tasty.
