How to make
Beat the yolks with half the sugar and starch. Add the milk and mix, until it thickens. Remove from the stove and add the essence.
Using a knife and spoon, carve out the pineapple. Remove the hard part and cut the rest into small pieces.
Arrange the ladyfingers at the bottom and pour with the cream. Arrange pieces of pineapple and add ladyfingers and cream again. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar and cover the pineapple.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until the egg whites aquire a golden color.
The pineapple with cream and ladyfingers is very tasty!
