"Start your day with this orange, kiwi and carrot vitamin shake!"

Ingredients

  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • kiwi - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 large carrot
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g) creamy
  • milk - 1/3 cup (80 ml) can also be vegetable
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • ice (optional)

How to make

Cut the peel off the orange with a sharp knife, by removing any white parts as well. I deliberately wrote to cut, because if we peel the orange by hand, the white parts will remain.

Use a thin skinned orange, there are some that are very thick skinned, they are not suitable for this healthy shake.

Put the fruit in the jug of a blender and be careful not to get any seeds in it, if this happens, the shake will turn sour.

Peel the kiwi and the carrot, cut them into pieces and put them in with the orange.

Add the yogurt and milk with honey.

Turn on the appliance at maximum speed to blend everything, until a fluffy and smooth mixture is obtained.

Pour into one large or two smaller glasses and optionally serve the orange shake with ice cubes (can be crushed).
