How to make
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon.
Add the olive oil and water. Mix with a spatula and finally gather the dough into a ball with your hands. Divide it into 4 equal parts.
Roll out each part between two sheets of paper.
Cut out a circle with a ring or a bowl. Collect the remaining dough and set it aside. Carefully separate the bread from the baking paper.
Grease the pan with a little butter. Bake the bread briefly on both sides. Repeat with the remaining tortilla wraps.
Roll out the remaining dough and cut it out again.
I garnished with homemade mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber and chicken meat from baked chicken wings.
