Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • chorizo - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • onion - 2 onions
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • tomato puree - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp. (starch)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • water - 6 cups (1 1/2 L)

How to make

Fry the garlic and onion for 5-6 minutes.

Add the chopped and cleaned potatoes.

They are stewed for 10 minutes and then the chorizo is added, it is seasoned with the listed spices and the hot water is poured.

Add tomato puree to the potato stew after ten minutes.

Leave it to boil on low heat for 30 minutes.

The finished potato and chorizo stew is sprinkled generously with parsley.
