How to make
In a pot, I finely chopped the onion and garlic. I poured the oil and fried briefly, added the peeled and diced field mushrooms, which I washed in advance.
I fried for about 5 minutes, flavored and added hot water - about 7 cups (1.8 L). I let the products cook for 20 minutes.
I put the flour in a bowl and mixed it with cold water to make a smooth mixture.
I scooped from the boiling mixture and tempered the porridge, added it to the dish with constant stirring and left it to boil for 1-2 minutes. I sprinkled with parsley.
The mushroom porridge with spring onions is ready.
