How to make
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add the oil, sour cream, spices and coconut flour mixed with baking powder.
Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add the carrots and apple.
Transfer the cake mixture into a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper and level it out.
Arrange the walnuts and gently press them into the mixture.
Put the gluten-free cake to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) with a fan for about 30 minutes, until it is fully baked.
After the apple cake is ready, let it cool and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar mixed with a pinch of vanilla.
The gluten-free cake with carrots and apples is ready.
