A delicious idea for a gluten-free dessert!
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees).
Cut the walnuts into larger pieces and the dates into slightly smaller pieces. Beat the eggs with a fork.
Grease a 8x8″ (20x20 cm) form with oil or line it with baking paper.
Mix the dry ingredients for the gluten-free cake, add the dates and mix well to cover them completely with flour.
Mix the honey in the melted butter, add it along with the eggs to the dry mixture, mix well and pour the walnut cake mixure into the prepared form.
Bake it in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
When the gluten-free cake with walnuts and dates has cooled completely, cut it into cubes and serve it.
