How to make
Pour the homemade oat milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, baby spinach leaves and mint into the small nutri bullet jug.
Blend until a delicate green homogeneous consistency is obtained.
To the green milk, add the homemade honey, vanilla and chia.
Mix and leave the chia pudding in a cool place for 1 hour, so that the chia can swell.
Then wash 4-5 strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise.
Pour about 1/3 of the milky chia into a glass cup, arrange the strawberries on the glass and pour the remaining chia.
On top, finish off by decorating with strawberries and if desired, a sprig of mint.
