Ingredients

  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • potatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • salt
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • broccoli - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp. ground
  • processed cheese - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • sour cream - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel and cut them into slices. Grease the baking pan and arrange the potatoes, by overlapping them.

Salt and cut the broccoli florets, which you have previously blanched in hot water for two minutes. Once they are ready, immerse them in cold water.

Cut the bacon and processed cheese into pieces and distribute them among the vegetables. Sprinkle the potato casserole with black pepper and salt.

Beat the cream and eggs. Add the milk and mix. Then pour it into the baking pan into the Broccoli Casserole.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) or until it aquires a golden brown color.

Sprinkle the broccoli, potato and bacon casserole with yellow cheese and bake it, until it melts.
