How to make
Prepare the sage decoction / sage in the following way:
Infuse 1 tablespoon of leaves (fresh or dried) with 2 cups (1/2 liter) of boiling water.
Leave the healthy infusion for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Strain the sage tea through a strainer and enjoy the rich aroma of the herb as you drink it.
It is good to take the infusion of sage on an empty stomach early in the morning.
This way we eliminate fats and toxins, stimulating the digestive system for the whole day.
