How to make
Finely chop the spring onions and cut the mushrooms into slices.
Transfer them into a pot with the preheated fat and fry.
Add the flour and when it aquires a golden color, pour the broth and wine. Season with thyme, salt and soy sauce.
Boil the mushroom soup for about 20 minutes. Grate the cheddar on top and pour the cream.
Finally, sprinkle with black pepper, garnish it with spring onions and serve it.
