How to make
Spread out the chicken fillets.
Mix the pesto and olive oil and coat the fillets. Season with Himalayan salt.
Cut the smoked cheese into slices. Arrange the slices on the periphery of the fillets. Place 3-4 asparagus in each and fold the fillets in half to cover the filling.
Place the fillets in a suitable baking tray.
Pour them with the marinade from the fillets and bake in an oven heated to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Serve the dish while it is warm.
