How to make

The coffee is put in a cezve, poured with a cup and a half of water and boiled. Remove it from heat and leave it to cool. Pour it into a bottle, close it tightly and leave it at room temperature for 24 hours.

The sugar is mixed with a cup and a half of water and boiled over a low heat. You'll know that it is done when a drop of the syrup placed in a dish and it isn't runny.

The brewed coffee is filtered and mixed with the sugar syrup. Cognac and lemon juice are added and the mixture is poured into a bottle.

It is left for 2 weeks in a dark and cool place and then it can be consumed.
