How to make

Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut them into long strips.

Marinate them in a deep dish with salt, olive oil and black pepper.

Bake the zucchini on both sides.

In another container, mash the brine cheese, Parmesan and grate some of the yellow cheese. Mix together with parsley and a little black pepper.

At the end of the already baked zucchini, put a little of the cheese mixture and roll it up, by sticking it with a toothpick, so that it does not unfold. Hors d'oeuvres chopsticks can also be used.

The zucchini rolls are arranged on a platter and decorated as you like. In this case, I have arranged the remaining cheese.
