How to make
Salt the chicken and coat it with oil, then place it on a beer bottle.
Peel the potatoes and place them in a medium-sized baking pan. The beer bottle is placed in the middle of the baking pan.
Then season with as much salt and black pepper as you like. Pour 1 cup of water, add the oil and bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C).
Take it out and serve it while it's still warm. The chicken will aquire an appetizing color and a tasty crust.
