How to make
In a bowl, mix the oil, salt, turmeric, dried garlic and curry. Mix well and dip the chicken fillet, which we previously cut into bites, into this mixture. Leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Beat the two eggs and the yolk.
Roll the chicken bites in cornstarch, then dip them in beaten eggs and finally roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
Arrange one row of the chicken pieces in the basket of the appliance and cook according to the program indicated for this type of dish. This is how we prepare all the bites and arrange them on a suitable plate.
Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients and mixing.
Serve the delicious chicken bites warm and put the sauce next to them.
