In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil, the three types of black pepper and salt.
Beat with a fork for about 1-2 minutes.
With this mixture, smear the outside and the inside of the cleaned fish and it is desirable to remove the heads as well.
Arrange the seasoned mackerel in a tray and cover them with cling film. Put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Then grill the mackerel, until they have nicely browned.
Serve the perfect grilled mackerel with lemon and with an optional garnish.
