How to make
Stir the sour cream along with the caramel condensed milk, until they are mixed well.
In a suitable tray or on a cake mat, put one cake layer and spread it with the cream. Spread some of the blueberry jam as well.
Another cake layer and cream follow, then a second cake layer, cream and jam. That way the jam is added on every other layer, until you run ouf of products.
On top you should finish off with only cream. Sprinkle generously with ground nuts.
I had walnuts, crushed, almost ground. The walnut cake is left for at least a day in the refrigerator, so that the cake layers can absorb everything.
