How to make
Peel the sausages and cut them in two. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Add the milk, flour and mix well.
Pour the flour into a bowl and roll the sausages in it.
Then in the breading and fry, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the a la minute with a garnish of your choice and a suitable sauce (garlic or barbecue).
