How to make
Wash the chicken and clean it well, then dry it.
Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade and coat the chicken generously on all sides.
Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
During this time, prepare the stuffing.
Heat some oil and stew the spring onions in it along with some water.
As soon as the onions soften, add the mushrooms, previously defrosted and finely chopped and fry them briefly.
Then add the rice, which need to be washed and strained.
Fry it, until it becomes transparent.
Also add the spices, as much salt as you like and 2 cups of hot water. The water:rice ratio is 2:1.
Once the rice has absorbed the liquid, remove the stuffing from the heat and add a spoonful of butter to it, then let it cool slightly.
Stuff the chicken with the stuffing and sew the opening with thick cotton thread.
Place the chicken in the multicooker and add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of beer.
Cut the butter and add it as well.
Close the lid without locking it and select the baking program. Set the timer for 40 minutes and run the appliance.
After these 40 minutes have passed, open the lid and by using two wooden spoons, turn the chicken over to cook on the other side.
Set to the roasting program again, but this time only for 20-25 minutes.
After these minutes are up, remove the roasted chicken and place it into a suitable dish and you can serve it.
The Christmas Stuffed Chicken in a Multicooker is ready.
