How to make
Pour water with salt into a pot and place it on the stove to heat up. Mix the corn flour with water, until it turns into a paste. Pour it into the hot water. Mix, until it thickens.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the paprika and mix. Remove from the heat.
Pour 4-5 tbsp. of kachamak in a plate, sprinkle with crumbled cheese and 2 tsp. of the thickener.
Pour the remaining kachamak, more white cheese and thickener.
Serve the kachamak with paprika and butter.
