Ingredients

  • pork - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peas - 1 jar
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g), frozen
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the meat into small pork chops. Season them with salt, black pepper and soy sauce.

Arrange them in a baking pan greased with oil (grease them as well) and bake them in the oven.

After 10-15 minutes, add the chopped onions and carrots.

After the onion changes its color, add the mushrooms, peas and spinach.

Pour hot water, add spices according to your taste and place it back into the oven for another 35 minutes, or until all the ingredients are cooked and the dish remains in fat.

Take out the dish and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.

The pork steaks with mushrooms, peas and spinach are ready.
