How to make
Remove the wrapper from the goat cheese. Cut it into even round slices (thickness 1-2 cm).
Turn on the hob and heat the pan. Arrange the cheese wheels without adding fat. The pan must be dry, so that the cheese does not become runny.
Cook on both sides, until it aquires a golden brown color.
Serve it on a large plate. Here you have two options:
Put the jam in a small bowl and that way everyone can add as much of it as they want;
Spread a little blueberry jam on each slice.
*The pan-roasted cheese can be served warm or cold.
