"Give your child a real homemade vitamin bomb"

Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sweet potatoes - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • leek - 1/2 stalk
  • parsnip - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1/2 pcs.
  • butter - the size of a matchbox
  • vegetable broth - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
measures

How to make

The pumpkin, carrot and parsnip are peeled, coarsely chopped and put to boil.

During this time, peel and cut the potato, leek and zucchini (removing the seeds as much as possible).

After the first products boil, the second ones listed are added to them, they are covered with a lid and left to boil for at least 30-40 minutes.

After all the products are ready, they are poured into a blender and the butter and broth are added to them.

Blend and while the mixture is boiling, it is poured into jars, which, after being closed with the lids, are turned upside down, until they cool and then they're left in the refrigerator.

That way the puree is sealed and can be kept for up to 3 days.

The vitamin bomb puree for babies is ready.
