Ingredients

  • lettuce - 3.5 oz (100 g) large leaves
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. finely chopped
  • avocado - 1 cut into strips
  • onion - 1/4 onion, cut into strips
  • meat sauce
  • minced meat - 9 oz (250 g) mix
  • tomato puree - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion diced
  • garlic - 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • hot sauce - optional

How to make

I heat the pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. I add the onion and wait for it to soften. I add the garlic for 1 more minute.

I add the minced meat and fry. I add the spices, the puree and fry for a few more minutes, until everything is cooked.

I put a sheet of baking paper and arrange 1/4 of the lettuce leaves. I arrange the chopped products, cream cheese and meat sauce.

I start rolling the juicy burrito along with the baking paper - as tight as possible.

Then I fold the ends in 2 and cut the Keto Mexican Lettuce Burrito in half.
