Ingredients

  • minced meat - 12 oz (350 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 jar
  • onion - 2 onions
  • salt
  • white cheese feta - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • hot peppers - 2 pcs.
  • oil
  • parsley

How to make

Clean the onion and finely chop it. Stew it in the fat. Add the minced meat and stir, until it changes its color.

Add the tomatoes, season with salt and cook, until the liquid has evaporated.

Divide the mixture into three clay pots (guvec). Add white cheese, finely chopped pieces of hot peppers and grated yellow cheese on top. Beat the three eggs and pour them over the guvec.

Crack an egg on top and bake in a preheated oven, until they're fully cooked. Sprinkle the cooked guvec with chopped parsley.
