How to make
Grind the two types of sugar in a blender and gradually add them in portions to the egg whites, while continuously beating with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
In a tray covered with baking paper, with the help of two tablespoons, pour 1 tbsp. of the mixture, in order to form the cookies.
Bake the walnut cookies in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) with fan and 360°F (180°C) without fan for 10-12 minutes.
The real walnut cookies are ready.
