How to make
The onion is cut into small pieces and fried in heated olive oil. As soon as it softens, add the pressed garlic cloves and a little later add the minced meat.
Stir, until the minced meat turns white, then add the canned tomatoes and the tomato puree.
After short stirring, pour the beef broth, as much salt as you like, ground black pepper and a mix of Italian spices.
When the broth boils, add the small macaroni. The goulash is cooked, until the pasta is fully cooked.
Finally, the finished dish can be sprinkled with fresh basil or grated parmesan.
The delicious goulash with macaroni is ready.
