Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 1.2 lb (550 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • zucchini - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • parsley - 4 sprigs
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • rice - 4 handfuls
  • coriander - 1 tsp. dried leaves
  • mixed salt and herbs - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp. finely ground
  • oil - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 5 tbsp. with a tip
  • vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Grind the onion, garlic, tomato (peeled), zucchini and celery stalks along with the oil.

Put them in a pot and stew them with a little salt for 5 minutes.

During this time, peel and cut the carrots into small cubes and add them to the rest of the grinded vegetables.

After two minutes, add the chicken wings, which have been cleaned from feathers and fluff and divided into two parts (the small leg and the end part of the wing).

The heat is increased, in order for the meat to lightly brown.

Pour plenty of water to cover the wings well. Add the vegetables, coriander, parsley (chopped), salt, mixed salt and herbs and black pepper.

The chicken soup is left to boil, until the chicken is cooked - about 35 minutes.

Finally, add the rice and boil it for another 15 minutes.

Add as much water as it needs.

The village-style soup is added with the yolks beaten with yogurt and it is served hot.
