measures

How to make

Prepare all the vegetables by cleaning and washing them well.

Cut the broccoli without the hard part at the base, chop some of them and leave some of the florets larger.

Coarsely chop the pepper, zucchini and carrots and you can finely chop a part of them. The idea is to have pieces of different sizes.

Chop the parsley, walnuts and pumpkin seeds and add them to the vegetables. The nuts can be whole.

The mango can be diced with everything else or pureed and added to the dressing.

For it, mix the olive oil with the juice of one not very large lemon, salt, black pepper, a spoon of honey and mustard - you can add both Dijon and old-style mustard grains.

Pour the dressing over the salad along with the poppy seeds and the crushed flaxseeds (if the seeds are whole they are not digested by the body).

Mix well and serve this delicious and healthy detox salad.

Food for champions!

Enjoy your meal!
