  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • feta cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g) crumbled
  • vegetable oil or melted butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs, oil, yogurt and salt. Add the flour and baking powder, gradually.

You should achieve a homogeneous cake batter mix. Add the crumbled cheese.

Pour into a greased baking tray. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 30 minutes, until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
