I often prepare this dairy soup for my children and it is great for people of all ages and also for those who are on a diet.
It's ideal for people who do not always have milk at home or are allergic to milk.
Put the couscous in a small pot with water to boil. While the couscous is boiling, grab a large bowl, add the yogurt, flour and add an egg. Beat well, until you get a thick smooth mixture.
After the couscous is cooked, pour the mixture and stir, so that it does not become lumpy and season with a little Himalayan salt. Finally, after turning off the hob, add butter inside.
Serve the dairy soup with eggs and couscous for babies and children with sweet paprika and for adults - with cayenne pepper or without pepper.
Recommended age for babies is over 12 months when they can be given yogurt and eggs.
