How to make
Cut the cauliflower into pieces and blanch them in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Cool them with cold water.
Place them in a suitable baking pan.
Add the crumbled white cheese, finely chopped garlic cloves, beaten eggs and salt (optional).
You can also add chopped parsley, although I forgot.
Everything is mixed and the cauliflower casserole is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes for 5 minutes.
Before removing the casserole from the oven, sprinkle the cauliflower with cheese and eggs with yellow cheese and finish off baking.
