I have a biscuit cake idea for you with a very rich chocolate and walnut flavor.
Place the biscuits, broken into small pieces, in a bowl and finely chop the walnuts.
Pour milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa in a metal container.
Mix well and as soon as the mixture starts bubbling, add the butter and the chocolate, broken into squares.
Stir vigorously, until the butter and chocolate have completely melted.
Set the mixture aside for about 10-15 minutes to cool, then pour it over the biscuits and walnuts.
Everything is mixed well. The chocolate biscuit cake mixture can be poured into a cake ring or a rectangular cake tin.
Spread the mixture evenly and press it and smooth it out. It is placed in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours - to harden.
Put the broken white chocolate and cream in a bowl in a water bath and mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
The resulting ganache is left to cool for 5 minutes and it is poured over the walnut cake.
Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and put this Rich Walnut and Chocolate Biscuit Cake back in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
