  • goat cheese - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • parsley - a pinch
  • thyme - a pinch
  • chili powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt - 1/8 tsp.
  • cream - 2/3 (150 g), full fat

How to make

Cannoli: Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Crumble the butter inside, so that the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add as much water as needed for a hard dough. Leave the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Roll it out into a thin crust and cut out 12 square pieces. Moisten them with cold water.

They are wrapped in cannoli molds. The olive oil is heated to a very high temperature in a deep fryer. Fry the cannoli in batches for about 5-7 minutes. Strain them onto kitchen paper. Remove them from the molds and make sure they stay warm.

Stuffing: The cheeses are mixed with the spices, chili and salt. The cream is whipped and added. The cannoli are filled with the filling. They are served immediately.
